Reservation and allocation
The coins in the order list can only be supplied while stocks last. Delivery of the coins ordered is subject to advance payment.
Prices
Swissmint reserves the right to modify prices.
Payment options
Switzerland: advance payment using exclusively the orange paying-in slip attached to the invoice
Abroad: For countries in which Swissmint has no official agent: In any case, please await the invoice before executing a payment.

Forwarding
Items are forwarded upon receipt of payment, but not prior to the date of issue. The coins are insured during dispatch. Special requests for delivery cannot be accepted. The costs for insurance and forwarding are borne by the purchaser. The purchaser also bears the transport risks. Any foreign taxes and/or customs duty must be paid by the purchaser in the country of reception.
Complaints
The vendor must be informed of any complaints within 7 days of receiving the items.
Liability
For transport damage, the purchaser may only claim the compensation granted to Swissmint by the postal authorities. In cases of material defects, claims for cancellation will not be accepted. In all other cases, the liability of Swissmint is limited to instances of gross negligence.
Changes to an order
Swissmint must be notified in writing or via e-mail of changes a purchaser wishes to make to an order. In the event that the customer is already in possession of the invoice, the latter must be forwarded to Swissmint together with the desired changes to the order.
Applicable law
Disputes arising from the conditions of sale or any binding purchase agreement shall be settled in accordance with Swiss statutory regulations. In this, the United Nations Agreement on Contracts of 11th April 1980 pertaining to international purchases of goods shall be excluded.
Legal tribunal
Bern shall be the exclusive legal tribunal for disputes arising from the conditions of sale or any binding purchase agreement.
